The Promise is driving tremendous change in the policy landscape for care, and developing appropriate service responses is a key priority within this position. The role is exciting, demanding and challenging, and the successful candidate will require the emotional intelligence and resilience to actively contribute to Rossie’s journey as a sector-leading organisation.

To apply for this post you must be:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Hold an appropriate professional qualification in social work or other relevant professional business or organisational qualification

  • Has experience of embedding effective transformational change
  • Has experience in quality assurance/improvement frameworks to support organisational self-evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Has experience of collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and values-based leadership including working with key stakeholders
