The Careers Centre is seeking an Employability Experiences Manager.

We educate, inspire, and empower our students and graduates to equip them with the lifelong career management and enterprise skills they need to create meaningful and fulfilling careers, whatever their ambitions.

Our new Employability Experiences Manager will be responsible for developing employability and mentoring programmes whilst instigating, maintaining and growing relationships with employers and alumni, for the benefit of our students. This role is centred on offering practical experiences to complement the diverse career paths our students look to explore.

We are growing our internship programmes on Campus as well as increasing support and visibility of those shared by our external partners. The successful candidate should therefore be self-motivated and full of initiative with a passion for: building productive industry/organisation connections, practical student work experience, social media/ communications, entrepreneurship, and overall student enterprise.

Partnership working with our local and global stakeholders is at the heart of what we do, and we work closely with a range of partners including: careers management, professional service units, alumni, employers, and student societies. This position would suit an effective communicator with the proven ability to co-ordinate diverse stakeholders in shaping a positive outcome for all.
