Property and Development Manager

The postholder will have a key role in delivering our property services, asset management strategy and furthering our development ambitions.

You will be passionate about creating great places for people to live and providing tenant centred services. He should be able to demonstrate:

• Tertiary level education, or relevant experience including, preferably, a suitable professional qualification.
• Significant experience in a property development or asset management.
• Sound leadership, technical and financial management skills.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of service.

We offer full EVH terms and conditions of employment, including a final salary pension to the successful candidate. The post is based in our modern Ayr office with the added benefit of agile working.
