Edinburgh Together is a consortium involving Barnardo's, Children 1st and Canongate Youth supporting children and young people from 0-18 across the City of Edinburgh who are experiencing difficulties and are at risk of exclusion from their nursery, school and/or home.
We are seeking experienced and qualified practitioners;
- To work with children, young people and their families. on a one to one or group basis, using a variety of interventions, to achieve positive outcomes
- To work in partnership with parents/carers to empower them and to achieve better outcomes for their children.
- To work in partnership with children's services, schools, health agencies and other community based services, to provide the most effective service for children, young people and their families.
