The Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Labourer to join C~urb ‘s Bathrooms team, within our Planned Maintenance division.

The role will involve assisting core trades to carry out installations and repairs in tenants’ homes. The Labourer will work as part of a multi-skilled trade team and will be able to carry out multi-trade tasks when required. We are looking for applications from experienced labourers who demonstrate high professional standards, especially in respect of quality and customer service. 

There will be a requirement to work throughout Link's areas of operation, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. You will be able to plan your own workload and work flexibly to ensure that timescales are met.  Access to a van, power tools, mobile phone, uniform, and PPE are provided. 

About You

You will have proven experience in a similar labourer role and will be competent in supporting core trades to carry out general repairs and installations. 

This role requires knowledge of and a commitment to excellent customer care and knowledge and awareness of health and safety requirements and how both impact on method of work and customer needs. 

As Labourer, you will have experience of carrying out repairs and cleaning work to void properties and the ability to take responsibility for removal of any large items of rubbish and liaising with other agencies. This role requires a current full UK Driving Licence.
