We are looking to recruit a Senior Technician to work within our Valuation Team.

Applications are invited from Associate Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS). Consideration will also be given to candidates who hold a Diploma of Higher Education in Surveying Practice or equivalent who have relevant working experience and who are committed to work towards AssocRICS membership.

(Placement on the advertised salary scale is dependent on AssocRICS membership)

Duties will include the survey and valuation of a wide range of property for Rating and Council Tax purposes as well as providing guidance and training to Technicians and Trainees Technicians.
