Salary: £23,952 - £26,242 (£12.76 – £13.98ph)

Fife Resource Solutions LLP is an Arm’s Length External Organisation established by Fife Council to provide resource management services to the council and others. A key objective of the organisation is to grow income from external trading activities.

This is a Recycling & Waste LGV Driver position on which you will work as part of a team operating within a commercial waste management environment, which includes working on a 4 day on 4 days off working pattern. You will be required to drive various LGV vehicles for the effective and efficient completion of daily work quotas, within our service such as 8-wheeler roll on roll off/ Skip Luggers and Refuse Collection Vehicles.

Whilst carrying out refuse collection duties you will be uplifting domestic and commercial waste containers, wheeled containers, sacks or loose waste.

You will collect and position waste containers onto the vehicle’s lifting gear and return when emptied with proper consideration for the users of the containers and for pedestrians.

It is essential that you are experienced in manual outdoor working in all weathers and have LGV driving experience.

You must have Current valid LGV category ‘C’ driving licence, Digital tachograph driver card and current driver CPC.
