Job Title: Construction Projects Officer (1 year fixed term)
Salary: £28,485-£34,290 (plus excellent benefits)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Projects Officer to join our team; this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and high performing organisation at a truly exciting time for Scotland’s National Parks.

You will assist in the delivery of a broad range of property improvement and redevelopment projects within the National Park and contribute to the delivery of practical visitor and estate management solutions. This will includes assisting with all elements of the design, procurement and project management processes to ensure that the delivery of projects and associated contracts fully comply with all the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time and to budget.

With a relevant degree or equivalent experience, you will have a track record in all aspects of project and contract management in particular site specific development and outdoor infrastructure. In addition to this you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with a wide ranging team to deliver projects and services.
