We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Systems Manager to join our team managing ICT for both Scottish National Park Authorities; with currently around 170 staff this is a rare opportunity to join a fast paced and high performing organisation at a truly exciting time for Scotland’s National Parks.

With a passion for providing an exceptional ICT/GIS/e-planning service you will manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring the provision and continuity of secure and efficient IT, telephony, data, web and intranet systems which support the business needs of both National Park Authorities, including help desk, security, on-going maintenance and business continuity.

We are looking for an experienced ICT professional to join our small and dedicated ICT/GIS team, to lead, manage and develop our ICT/GIS service delivery. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and day to day management of all aspects of the service delivery with a focus on customer service. With experience in project and tight budget management you will possess the ability to plan for the future, providing clear well written reports to explain new technologies can improve service deliver and provide better value for money. Ideally you will possess a broad range of high level interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively both in and outside the organisation. You will have a wide range of experience managing all aspects of an ICT service.
