The main purpose of this role is to provide legal advice and guidance to the management team and staff within the RCH Group to ensure legislative compliance and support good governance.
You will be instinctively customer focused and have a ‘can do’ attitude which supports the team to ensure that our customers’ experience of service remains positive. You will understand the importance of working with partner agencies to achieve great outcomes, empowering your staff to deliver ‘right first time’ service.
This is a varied and challenging role as part of a small busy team. The position is suitable for and will be of interest to an enthusiastic and motivated solicitor (NQ-2 years) seeking a post which brings the unique challenges of being an in-house legal advisor.
The preferred candidate will be required to have a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Scotland check
