We are currently recruiting for Collections Officer (grade 2) within the Collections Team of our Operations Directorate.

About the role

The essential purpose of the job is to collect efficiently and economically, all contributions, expenses, principal sums and other debts due to SLAB; and to identify uncollectible debt at the earliest possible time.

This post is permanent on a full time basis.

About you

You have excellent customer service skills, administrative experience (preferably in a legal or offive environment) and computer/keyboard skills. Ideally you also have experience in a similar debt recovery, credit control or general finance role and experience of debt recovery systems, but it is not necessary.
