Residential Support Worker

The duties are diverse and numerous but relate to positive and effective working with clients within a supported accommodation environment, all of whom present with varying levels of need. Trust in Fife is seeking a motivated person who is looking for a challenge in dealing with vulnerable people and their housing and support requirements. Applicants are required to be excellent communicators with experience of working in the social care sector and flexible to cover for annual leave when requried. Applying for, and maintaining, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is also a requirement.
