The Role

Supporting the Company Secretary and working closely with the Chief Executive, the Governance and Assurance Manager ensure that Bield operate effectively and in line with our Good Governance Framework and as well as improve and manage our information management policies. You will provide support to the Executive Assistants with the day to day aspect of managing Board and Committees and provide support to the Executive Management Team.

The Candidate

This appointment requires a candidate with a track record of carrying out complex administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy. They will have previous experience of leading and developing a staff team and a good understanding of internal control an assurance processes.

Educated to HND level or equivalent and with knowledge of the regulatory framework in the housing, care or voluntary sector. They will also have a strong understanding of IT including use of MS Word and Excel. The successful candidate should also have effective written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills so they can liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
