About The Role

Do you have a strong generalist HR background? Do you have a track record of successful case management, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management and providing advice and guidance to managers and employees? Do you have direct experience of employee life cycle administration that you can use to support process improvement? If you thrive in a fast-paced, varied role where you can make a real difference we would love to hear from you.

You will work in our small, friendly HR Team. You will enjoy dealing people and be able to establish relationships quickly. You will have a professional and ethical approach combined with pragmatism.
