We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator within our Solutions Team in our Wishaw Office on a permanent part-time basis.

What we’re looking for:

Could you be the voice of Trust? Meeting our tenants face to face, on the phone or online. Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service providing reassurance and solutions. We aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience across a range of our services including repairs, rents and allocations.

Are you able to deliver an exceptional customer experience and find solutions by using your knowledge and enthusiasm? You should be a great listener who can develop strong relationships with our customers by ensuring we do what we say we will.
