Care Assistant/Domestic

Job Description

Based at Lochlands Resource Centre, 2 Cairnie Rd, Arbroath.

This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities, to live ordinary lives. In addition, your duties will include carrying out domestic tasks, e.g. cleaning toilets and floors etc.

Please note interviews will be held 27 September 2023.

Requirements

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
