Job Description

Based at Brambles Cottage, 10 James Chalmers Road, Arbroath.

This job is workstyle 2b - Flexi.

In this workstyle work is regularly undertaken at a fixed point within council premises. There is no requirement for out of office working. You will have a guaranteed shared desk and you will work where the service is needed to meet customer demands.

This is an exciting development opportunity to join the Angus Council children's residential service as a Team Leader. We are looking for someone with resilience who has the right personal skills and experience to provide day to day leadership to one of our residential children’s houses.

Our team strives to provide loving, nurturing care to young people in Angus who require residential care in our local community. We aim to provide person centred and trauma informed care and we understand how important connection and strong relationships are for our children and young people.

We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire staff to provide the highest quality of care for our young people and can model a trauma responsive approach.

This is a challenging but rewarding role which offers the right candidate the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment which values learning whilst developing their skills and experience in a senior position.
