An Administrative Assistant is required to support the HR&;OD Manager with the delivery of HR&OD team services. This position will provide an invaluable insight into Human Resource and Organisational Development service delivery across the council.

 

The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer focussed and able to deliver quality administrative support including diary management and scheduling meetings.

 

The post holder will require good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Experience of MS Teams and MS 365 would be a particular advantage although training can be provided. Experience of HR&OD functions would also be an advantage.

This post is classed as remote which means that the post holder can do the majority of their activities from any location. The successful candidate will be allocated an administrative base within Argyll and Bute and will have the option of working from an office and/or remotely in line with their personal preference.

 

This is a 17.5 hrs per week post, ideally to be worked over 4 days per week.
