Argyll and Bute Council are recruiting a Customer Service Point Agent within it's Customer Service Point in Eaglesham House, Rothesay.  This is a permanent part time post working 17.5 hours per week 9.a.m. till 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

To support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures.

Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
