Argyll and Bute Council’s HR and OD Team are looking to recruit an Digital Content Developer. The post is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a temporary basis until July 2024. The base for the post is negotiable within Argyll and Bute. Remote/ Hybrid options will be considered for this post although some presence in the office (and wider Argyll and Bute area, from time to time) may be required.

This post will play a key role to develop and deliver digital learning solutions to the council's workforce.  This includes maintaining and developing the council's learning management system LEON, ensuring the e-learning and other digital content is current and appropriate.  Work with subject matter experts to build e-learning and maintain reporting which demonstrates the impact of digital learning.  The ideal candidate should have experience of scoping, developing and implementing digital learning solutions. Experience of working with Learning Management Systems and learning and development software / digital platforms.

This post is classed as remote which means that the post holder can do the majority of their activities from any location. The successful candidate will be allocated an administrative base within Argyll and Bute and will have the option of working from the office and/or remotely in line with their personal preference.
