The requirements of the job are as follows:

  • 3 Standard Grades (Level 1-3) or equivalent
  • Good administrative experience and procedure working in an office environment.
  • Experience of dealing with customers and awareness of good customer care.
  • Experience reviewing documentation and working to established and written procedures.
  • Experience of working in a busy office and managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ICT systems, including Oracle and IDOX.
