Clerical Assistant - Reception duties
Castlebrae Community Campus

Salary: £21,697 - £21,979 per year (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 24 per week, 39 weeks sessional

(Monday and Tuesday 8:00am - 12:30 - 1pm - 3:15pm - other 10.5 hours can be discussed and agreed)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our School administration team. The post requires the candidate to have knowledge and experience of customer facing reception duties. The successful candidate will as a main part of their duties cover our main reception ensuring all are welcomed as part of our school community.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as part of a team and be able to work individually when required. A commitment and willingness to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service is essential. The person will be required to be competent in the use of IT and have a willingness to undertake any necessary training

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
