We have an exciting opportunity to join our Organisational Development team as an HR Administrator - Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion. This is a new role which will provide high quality administrative support for our Colleague Networks and Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion activities.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and information systems, preparing presentations, documents and publicity materials, and updating internet pages. You will liaise with various groups and provide support with the preparation of reports.
We’re looking for someone who:
• will role model Our Behaviours of respect, integrity and flexibility
• has a strong people-focused mindset
• has excellent communication and customer focussed engagement skills
• can demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• has good working knowledge of everyday IT systems including email, social media, internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• and has an ability to work accurately with quality outcomes
