As part of our continuous improvement agenda, we have created a new internal investigations team who are responsible for ensuring that a fair and thorough investigation process is followed when it comes to colleagues raising concerns and/or the organisation responding to matters raised.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive and flexible business support for senior officers within the Legal & Assurance family. You will be responsible for the line management of our team of Investigations Meeting Administrators to ensure that support is delivered to our customers and service users by prioritising, supervising and managing work tasks and schedules. You will be responsible for developing efficient systems and processes to ensure they support the work of the team. You will also support Investigation Officers by capturing accurate minutes and notes of investigative meetings both virtually and face to face at various location across the city.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.  For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
