An exciting opportunity has arisen within Parking Services & Concessionary Travel team for a Transactions Officer.
Parking Services is a busy team responsible for the administration of Parking Tickets and Bus Lane Charge Notices as well as processing Blue Badge and Taxi Card applications.
As a Transactions Officer you will be responsible for investigating and responding to parking ticket and bus lane charge notice challenges as well as processing applications for Blue Badges and Taxi Cards ensuring that services are dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
It is essential you possess good written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to prepare correspondence and reports and have contact with internal and external customers.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
