Job Description
To provide a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to employees of the Comhairle which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Health screening
• Health surveillance
• Health and wellbeing promotion
• Advisory service to managers and employees on a variety of health at work matters, including absence management
Requirements
It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with at least 1 years' post-registration qualification or equivalent experience. You will have a good working knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and issues along with good organisational skills, a good level of computer literacy and good communication and interpersonal skills. A driving licence is essential for this post.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this post.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
