You will be required to work 20 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year

 

We require a highly motivated and organised individual to form part of the Education Support Hub, the post will be part of Business Support Service.

 

The main responsibility of this post holder will be to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the key activities within the Education Support Hub.

 

The Admin Officer should be an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player.

 

The ideal candidate will have appropriate experience of managing staff and leading teams, particularly, in relation to business processes and admin related activities.

 

You should possess good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

 

You will be expected to prioritise your own workload and oversee the work of staff members within the Education Support Hub ensuring all critical tasks are undertaken in the deadlines set.

 

Essential for this post are the following;

 

  • SVQ Level 3/HNC in relevant subject or equivalent
  • Significant experience of working in an office environment
  • Meeting and Monitoring deadlines
  • Experience of Supervising and Managing Staff
