You will have an IT related degree /HND or in-depth experience working in a professional software role.Responsibilities
You will work as part of a project team on software implementation and development projects to deliver and support business solutions to meet Council needs.The Individual
You will have knowledge of at least two of the following categories:
- IT productivity tools including MS 365
- developing web-based applications
- developing applications using scripting languages
- one or more RDBMS using SQL
- user support
- application software implementation and support
You will have experience of the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
You will have good written and oral communication skills and good organisational skills along with system analysis and design skills.
You will be capable of working under pressure and have the ability to work in a team environment and work with people at all levels.
You will be able to show attention to detail/ quality and have the ability to display initiative and work unsupervised.
You will have a willingness to be trained and work out of hours.
