Job Description

Promote and develop Equality and Diversity issues in relation to all areas of employment within the Council. Work towards positively influencing the culture of the Council to create a fair and professional working environment for all employees in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People and Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities

This is a full time permanent position. The hours of work are 35 per week. The admin base for the post is The Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field. £36,873 - £40,167 per annum
