Job Description

Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities and Property Management Service, ensuring the continuous development and delivery of quality support, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Facilities & Property Management Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities

This is a part time temporary post to cover a period of maternity leave based at The Opera House, Kilmarnock.

The hours of work are 27 hours per week to be worked as follows*;

Monday - Wednesday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Thursday 9.00 am - 2.30 pm

*Please note the working pattern is flexible and could be discussed further at interview.

The full time salary for this post is between £24,734 - £25,953 per annum.

The actual part time salary for this post is between £19,080 - £20,021 per annum.

This is a temporary post up until 31st January 2025.

The workstyle for this post is Mobile : 20-49% of your working week will be office-based. You are able to work at home and at different/multiple locations; and this may include travelling directly from home to work at other locations or direct to visit clients out in the field.
