Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Service Manager (Older Peoples Residential & Day Care Services) within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP).
The Service Manager will report directly to the Head of Residential and Day Care Services and be responsible for the running of a purpose built 70 bedded residential care home for older people with complex needs and associated day care services.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven leadership and recent management experience with a comprehensive knowledge of legislation and policy that governs the delivery of social care services.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to lead a large workforce, control and deliver all aspects of the service to ensure provision of sector leading care to vulnerable older people.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment.
