Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager based within Financial Services who will be responsible for the management of a number of diverse and fast paced operational teams within CBS, which provide critical administrative support to the GCC Family.
You will be a highly organised manager with a proven track record of managing staff in demanding and challenging environments, delivering results through investment in people, ensuring that key performance indicators are met.
You will have experience in leading on, and delivering complex change agendas involving multiple stakeholders, including IT providers. Additionally, you will have exceptional influencing and communication skills and be able to confidently present to senior stakeholders.
Crucial to the role will be your excellent organisational and planning skills and your ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. You will be a manager who operates in a focused, methodical, and structured manner and be able to deliver under pressure.
Being self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and having excellent time management skills will be of significant benefit in this role.
