Job Description
Based in the Financial Inclusion & Transformation team within the Chief Executive’s Department, this post will contribute to our team ambition to eradicate poverty and deliver whole system change. The team works to mitigate poverty in the short term whilst at the same time facilitate change by fundamentally reframing future service provision.
As a Support Assistant within our No Wrong Door Test of Change team you will contribute to the delivery of a bespoke person centred holistic support service. You will work directly with citizens of Glasgow to ensure access to the right support, in the right place at the right time. You will build strong relationships with citizens, assess risk and circumstances to make decisions on appropriate actions, escalating where appropriate. You will undertake regular check ins with service users to continually assess progress and identify additional support opportunities.
