Living in Moray

A different pace

Stunning seascapes of the Moray Firth populated by dolphins, rolling hills for walking or skiing, growing towns for bustle-free shopping, and a micro-climate that's the driest in Scotland. There's no doubt that Moray has a lot to offer.

Moray is in the north east of Scotland, on the coast of the Moray Firth between Aberdeenshire and the Highlands. The region's main city, Elgin, is home to our headquarters and is just 40 miles from Inverness, 65 from Aberdeen. Both these cities are served by easily accessed international and regional airports. Moray benefits from good road links via the A96 and a regular train service puts the rest of Scotland within easy reach.

Elgin itself is rich in history and boasts an award-winning museum and a breathtaking cathedral. More recent additions to the area include a modern library as well as all the big name shops and stores you'd expect to find in any contemporary city.

Further afield, the region has many small towns and villages, so whether you're after the buzz of city life or yearn for the peace of a more rural lifestyle, the chances are you'll feel right at home here.
