Loch Leven Community Campus, Kinross

Loch Leven Community Campus is a hub for public services in Kinross and the surrounding area.  As a Campus Management Assistant, you will provide business support services for campus activities, process bookings and support the work of Kinross High School.

This is a fast paced and varied role but is rewarding as your work supports the young people who attend the school and our campus users.

You should have experience of delivering excellent customer service, data management, the use of Microsoft office and have the ability to problem solve.  Training will be provided.

The campus operates until 10pm weekdays and from 8am to 5pm on weekends and this role requires flexibility to cover the full range of opening hours.

The Individual

The successful candidates will be team players who can also work using their own initiative.  You should have a positive 'can-do' attitude, with great organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

Previous experience of working in an office environment is preferred.
