Contract Duration: Temporary Secondment Cover until 31/01/2025 or the earlier return of the post holder.

Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen within business support in Social Work, based at Council Offices, Paton Street, Galashiels to provide business support to the Mental Health Officers Team. The role will support the team with administrative tasks around Statutory requirements on Detentions, Social Circumstance Reports, Appropriate Adults MHO training records, collating statistical data and processing of information on the client database. You will also attend and take minutes at AWI Case Conferences and distribute approved minutes. You will also provide valuable support to help guide staff through a period of change as we introduce transformation through Fitfor2024 as well as ensuring the daily activities are delivered, under the line management of the Administration Assistant Team Leader.

Essential

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English
