Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, part-time Clerical Assistant position within the Children & Families Duty Team.

Hours of work will be Tuesday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am - 3.45pm.

Main duties include answering high volumes of challenging telephone calls, input of referrals to a client database, arranging and minuting meetings and management of the team mailbox.

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English
