We have various exciting clerical opportunities to join our Health and Social Care Partnership administration team.

As a Clerical Assistant Grade 1 Level 4, along with your line manager, you will supervise the workload of the clerical staff working within an administration team, ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with timescales. You will undertake a wide variety of admin duties including coordinating the generic Outlook mailboxes, managing task rotas to facilitate hybrid working, utilise our inhouse systems, such as Social Work Electronic Recording System and Objective, provide a word processing service, maintain spreadsheets, answer and field phone calls, minute taking, scan and index documents and other general admin tasks to support our colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community.
