Requirements
You would be part of a successful well-established team who, liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks including a specialist minute taking service to support MAPPA. Daily use of the ViSOR terminal which includes updating and retrieving information, updating the Social Work Information System (SWiSplus) including maintaining electronic filing systems.
At present meetings are in the majority held via Microsoft Teams, however the successful applicant would be required to be flexible and able to travel to various locations across the Resource including Clydesdale, Cambuslang, East Kilbride and Hamilton to provide support and undertake minutes of meetings.
This post involves access to the Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) Information system and MAPPA folders and the successful candidate will be subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) at a minimum of level 2.
