Job Description

In partnership with community planning partners, voluntary and independent provider organisations, we offer a range of services designed to enable, support, improve and protect the health and social care of people using our services.

Requirements

South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to recruit to our Performance and Support Service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who possess good keyboard, oral and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to provide a comprehensive admin support to our operational colleagues, undertaking a range of clerical tasks.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient general finance processing service, including processing payments via PayPoint, cash handling and processing of non iProc/service specific invoices, ensuring standards are met and within required timescales; undertake the role of local office mobile phone co-ordinator, and provide a word-processing service ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with Council style and within the timescales and deadlines agreed.
