Working as part of the Access2Employment team the Compliance and Monitoring Officer’s role will contribute to the development and implementation of employability support funding including the Scottish Government’s No One Left Behind programme, meeting its aims, objectives and targets.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of employability and skills development actions and oversee the delivery of such programmes by partners and contractors.
Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of new employability initiatives and ensure funding processes are designed and implemented in line with operational and legislative requirements.
The individual will also undertake appropriate monitoring of activity expenditure and performance of projects and ensure that the performance and management information meet the requirements of council, external stakeholders and local partnership.
