Inveralmond is situated in the town of Livingston and serves the communities of Ladywell, Eilburn, Craigshill and Livingston Village.  The school is firmly committed to raising attainment and promoting positive achievement, leading to a high levels of positive and sustained destinations. Our attainment in SCQF is above the virtual for all year groups.  The school places a great importance on pupil voice and we have a well-established pupil parliament which represents many of the interest’s groups of young people such as Learner Voice, Rights respecting school and LGBT.

Our school vision is ‘As a community we are working together to become inspired individuals who can achieve, connect and thrive’ Our values of kindness, respect and honesty underpin our positive culture and ethos; where celebrating the success of our young people is incredibly important.  We are a Gold Rights Respecting School and are working towards the LGBT charter mark.  We work very closely with our 6 cluster primary schools and have a shared vision which includes working as a community promoting sustainability and STEM. We have recently created a Wellbeing Centre at the heart of the school which allows pupils to access the right support, form the right person and the right time.
