We are looking for someone to become part of our Neighborhood Management Team, providing direct support to staff and members of the community at various sites.
You will ensure the efficient operation of buildings in the Neighbourhood maintaining staff rosters, absence planning, compliance checks and staff training.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to Centre Management Committee as well as representing the service at Management Committee Meetings.
You will support the Team Manager with the day to day running of the area when required.
You will have a strong customer focus and want to help people that come into the centres. You will be flexible in your approach to work and ensure that the smooth running of the centres is your paramount goal.
