Supply Reader/Scribes

Dundee and Angus College are currently looking to recruit In Class Support staff and Reader/Scribes for Arbroath Campus.
Our In Class Support staff and Reader/Scribes provide a valuable role to the college in assisting students with a wide range of additional support needs to manage their academic course work and assessments.
Supply In Class Support Workers
Rate of pay: £12 per hour plus holiday pay (Pay award pending)
Arbroath Campus
The role entails supporting students on a one-to-one basis, small group and in class. The work includes working alongside the lecturer to assist students who require extra written or verbal assistance during their coursework in class or over MS Teams. In class support workers may also assist students with note taking, practical projects, assessments and examinations. Work may also be completed on a one to one basis with students outside of the classroom. Some students require additional support with their mental health and wellbeing and also in managing lunch and breaktimes.
