Following on from a significant Transformational Change project within the Organisational Development and Human Resources department, we are looking to recruit Human Resources Advisers to join our forward thinking team.

You will be joining the OD and HR Team at a hugely exiting time of change, having adapted to working from home whilst implementing a new HR system, changing the way in which we communicate to staff and now being at the forefront of leading the way in what the new ‘normal’ way of working will look like.

As part of the OD & HR Department, you will support the HR Partners and OD&HR Manager by providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective HR service to managers and staff across the organisation. You will provide professional advice, guidance and practical support to staff and managers across the full range of HR issues through a professional partnership model.

You should be educated to SCQF Level 7 in administration/HR related subject area or have equivalent experience. You will also have HR experience of working in a unionised environment as well as HR information systems and databases. It is desirable that you are working towards CIPD membership.

Effective communication skills are essential in order to build good working relationships with customers, managers, staff and external agencies. You should also have the ability to manage a high workload, use own initiative to problem solve, act with professional integrity, deal with confidential issues in a sensitive manner and have comprehensive ICT skills.

We have 56hrs available which can be worked in a number of ways. Maximum hours that can be worked for a full time contract is 35hours. Please state on your application the number of hours that you would be interested in.
