People Services provides a range of support for staff working at GCU - including recruitment, leadership, learning and development, health, safety and well-being and equality and diversity. We are an energetic and collaborative team of around 30 staff, that enables GCU to create a values-led culture where colleagues can thrive and do their best to deliver a great staff and student experience. 

We are looking to appoint a Workforce Systems Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Workforce Systems team in People Services, and maintenance and on-going development of workforce systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have an HNC / HND (or equivalent) and / or equivalent relevant demonstrable experience.  Further essential criteria include the ability to demonstrate experience of working with a large database / system, and accurate data input, be numerate, analytical problem-solving, with strong attention to detail as well as have previous experience of working in a demanding and fast paced administrative role, requiring flexibility, accountability and independent-working.
