Argyll Homes for All are seeking to recruit a full time Service Administrator to provide Administrative Support to the Planned Maintenance Team based in Oban.

Applicants must have experience of general office administration, including dealing with customers and/or contractors in person and by telephone. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are essential for this role. This is a fast-paced working environment and applicants must be hard-working, dedicated, flexible and able to multi-task.

An understanding of the housing repairs sector would be beneficial as would any working knowledge of scheduling software.
