An exciting opportunity has arisen with our Assets and Investment Team

This role is key to ensuring total compliance to predominantly Gas and Electrical Safety Regulations contributing to the overall safety of existing gas appliances in homes, but also involvement with the Compliance team on all aspects of Asset Safety and compliance. Achieved by providing comprehensive and professional administrative support the role holder will support operational and senior staff in delivering day to day performance and the implementation of the Gas and Electrical Safety Policies and other Asset Safety policies to maintain compliance.

With knowledge of best practice in gas safety and experience in programming gas safety services the post requires strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, a flexible approach combined with drive and determination and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service to SBHA Tenants and their communities.
