This is an exciting opportunity for an Employee Development Adviser to contribute to the effective development of the SSSC’s workforce through training and development activities including employee engagement, workforce culture and organisational development.
This is a new role and offers the opportunity to support the Head of Organisation Development and Design in the development and implementation of SSSC wide OD systems and processes, including releasing potential and managing talent, developing management and leadership capability and embedding values and behaviours into all people processes and systems.

About the role
You will be responsible for role modelling learning within our organisation, working collaboratively with managers across the organisation.
You will support the Head of Organisation Development and Design in the development and implementation of SSSC wide OD systems and processes, including releasing potential and managing talent, developing management and leadership capability and embedding values and behaviours into all people processes and systems.
About you
You will be educated to HND or SCQF level 8 in learning and development, organisation development or equivalent and hold a project management qualification or be willing to work towards this.
You will be an excellent relationship builder, facilitator and administrator who will help to inspire our learning culture. You will assist and contribute to organisational development in the provision of advice and support for workforce planning, employee engagement and workforce culture, fostering a culture of innovation, supporting improvement, modernisation, change and transformation.
