Temporary Operations Administrator, Big Noise Raploch and Fallin

Sistema Scotland are looking for a part-time Operations Administrator to join the Big Noise team in Raploch and Fallin (Stirling).

You will support the Senior Team at Big Noise Raploch & Fallin, providing excellent operational support, procedures and processes to ensure the continued safety, success and growth of the programme. You will also have lead responsibility for operational support at Big Noise in Fallin

You will be an experienced operational administrator, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high pressure workload. You will have experience of working as part of a team and managing internal and external relationships in a high-pressured environment. We are seeking candidates who possess a high level of initiative and problem solving, who can maintain confidentiality and discretion. You will lead on general communications with parents and volunteers, so you must also be an effective communicator with both adults and children. Experience of implementing and managing office and building management systems and procedures will also be required.

This is a part time, temporary post to cover a period of maternity leave and is expected to end in November 2023, however we would keep you advised of the likely end date. Hours of work are 4 days per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 12.30pm, and 3.5 hours worked flexibly across the week in agreement with your line manager.
